李 毅,美国南加州大学,研究助理,博士。2005年本科毕业于中国农业大学植物保护专业,获得农学学士学位;2009年硕士毕业于中国农业大学植物病理学系,获得农学硕士学位;2009年至2014于比利时鲁汶大学生物学系攻读并获得博士学位;2014年至今于美国南加州大学担任研究助理。主要研究方向为:拟南芥中代谢感知与信号传递的机制;TOC1蛋白的分子功能。取得的研究成果已发表于期刊Molecular Plant,Plant Journal与Plant Signaling & Behavior.
报告内容简介:
Sucrose (Suc) is the main product of photosynthesis and major transporter sugar in most plant species, but its regulatory role is largely elusive. The dynamic nature of primary carbon metabolism (with efficient invertase-mediated conversion of sucrose to glucose (Glc) and fructose) is hampering detailed analyzes. Using Suc-specific induction of anthocyanin biosynthesis, we firstly uncoupled Suc from Glc signaling and found that Suc-induction anthocyanin is mediated by SnRK1 protein kinase (the homology of AMPK in mammalians) and trehalose-6-phosphate (T6P). Then, we dissected how exactly SnRK1 represses anthocyanin biosynthesis at both the transcriptional and post-translational level.
